Job Summary
Drive customer growth by managing existing accounts and developing new ones. Provide technical pre-sales and after-sales support, prepare quotations, and deliver product presentations to enhance sales and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Develop new customer accounts to expand market presence and sales opportunities
- Provide technical pre-sales assistance to customers, addressing product inquiries and solution needs
- Deliver after-sales support to resolve customer issues and maintain service quality
- Prepare accurate quotations and follow up on sales inquiries and proposals to close deals
- Plan and execute sales visits, maintaining updated sales funnel status and forecasts weekly or as required
- Facilitate customer meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance product understanding and usage
- Support marketing initiatives by participating in seminars, trade shows, conferences, and other events
- Maintain comprehensive technical and application knowledge of all ADLINK products to advise customers effectively
- Deliver engaging presentations and hands-on demonstrations of ADLINK products, applications, and technologies to drive sales
