Job Description

Position Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Account Manager to grow strategic accounts, build long-term customerpartnerships, and drive revenue.

In this role, you will manage existing client relationships,uncover new business opportunities, and serve as the main link between clientsand our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Growth

. Build and maintain strong relationships withcustomer procurement, engineering, and management teams.

. Act as the primary point of contact to ensure highcustomer satisfaction.

. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities withinexisting accounts to achieve revenue targets.

. Collaborate with technical teams to introduce newproducts and value-added solutions.

Sales Operations & Strategy

. Manage pricing proposals, quotations, commercialnegotiations, and contracts.

. Forecast sales opportunities and maintain anaccurate pipeline.

. Gather market intelligence, track competitoractivity, and identify industry trends.

. Participate in customer business reviews,technical forums, and project milestone planning.

. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, andaccount updates to management.

Requirements

. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering,Marketing, or a related field.

. Experience: Minimum 5 years in account management, technical sales, or business development.

. Industry Advantage: Experience in semiconductor,manufacturing, engineering, or technology industries is highly preferred.

. Skills: Proven track record of hitting salestargets, strong negotiation/presentation skills, and excellent pipeline management.

. Traits: Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortableworking independently in a fast-paced environment.
