Sales Account Manager (ID6121)
Location: Woodlands
Salary: $5,000 - $6,500 (depending on experience)
Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities
. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including procurement, engineering, and management teams.
. Serve as the main point of contact to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
. Develop existing accounts and identify new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
. Work closely with technical teams to introduce new products and value-added solutions.
. Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and manage contracts.
. Monitor sales pipeline, prepare forecasts, and provide regular sales reports.
. Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and identify industry trends.
. Participate in customer meetings, business reviews, technical discussions, and project planning.
