Brief Summary

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to exceed targets and expand our customer base in genomic services. Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare, academic, and research sectors to demonstrate the value of our offerings. Engage in lead generation and customer outreach through various methods, including cold calls and innovative marketing strategies. Guide customers throughout the sales process, from proposal preparation and deal negotiation to closing sales and ensuring smooth delivery. Monitor and manage sales opportunities and forecasts, providing regular updates on progress towards goals. Collaborate with marketing and business teams to ensure successful alignment on campaigns and sales initiatives. Keep abreast of the latest trends in genomics to effectively communicate our solutions impact to clients. Support additional projects and team tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 4 years sales experience demonstrating proven success in achieving targets and driving outcomes. Familiarity with genomic services, including technology, research applications, or diagnostics, is essential. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a natural ability to forge connections. Self-driven and goal-oriented, displaying passion for genomic solutions and revenue achievement. Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration within a team setting.
