Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Understand and respond to customer needs promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams, suppliers, and manufacturers to meet business goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales reports and forecasts.
• Support the sales process by assisting in the preparation of proposals and quotations.
• Carry out ad hoc tasks or assignments as directed by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
