About the role
As part of the sales team in our company, you play a crucial role in driving revenue and fostering client relationships. This position is instrumental in expanding the company's market reach, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients in need of cybersecurity solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Ability to write proposal and generate sales quotation
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to provide customer feedback
Requirement
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business or IT)
- At least 2 years of proven sales experiences, preferably in system integrator, cybersecurity or IT related
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand and translate client needs into effective sales strategies
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of sales pipeline and opportunity management
- CRM and Microsoft Office Suite skillset and knowledge
