Job Description

Position Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to drive revenue growth by acquiring and developing new business opportunities across the APAC region. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, promoting Shufti cutting-edge identity verification solutions, and contributing to the expansion of our market share. This position plays a pivotal role in shaping client relationships and positioning Shufti Pro as a trusted partner for compliance and digital onboarding needs.

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to join our Singapore office and play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence across the APAC region. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, fluent in modern sales methodologies, and brings experience from the identity verification, KYC/AML, RegTech, or SaaS sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities through targeted research, outbound outreach, and strategic networking.
  • Deliver compelling virtual and in-person product demonstrations tailored to client needs and industry-specific pain points.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle—from initial prospecting and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Apply structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and SPICED to effectively qualify and convert high-value opportunities.
  • Practice a consultative selling approach, positioning Shufti Pro's solutions as critical tools to solve client challenges.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, legal, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in the CRM, ensuring data integrity and forecasting accuracy.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in KYC/AML, identity verification, RegTech, or SaaS.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles independently with a strong closing track record.
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, SPICED, or other qualification frameworks.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills; comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly proactive and adaptable, with a strong sense of ownership and persistence in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Fluency in English is required. Cantonese, Mandarin, or other Asian languages are a strong plus.

What Success Looks Like (First 90–180 Days)

  • Master Product & Process: Complete onboarding, mastering Shufti's product suite and key verticals while becoming fluent in structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC/SPICED) and CRM discipline in Salesforce.
  • Build Pipeline Momentum: Proactively build a qualified pipeline through targeted outbound outreach and strategic networking, progressing at least 10 high-value opportunities to active discovery or demo stages.
  • Deliver First Wins: Successfully manage the full sales cycle to close your first 2–3 deals, demonstrating ability to navigate client stakeholders from initial contact to negotiation and closing.
  • Establish Regional Presence: Build a network of key relationships across APAC's FinTech, Crypto, and Banking sectors, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and Shufti's regional ambassador.
