We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive / Manager to join our team. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving sales of Japanese food establishment. The candidate should have a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
. Manage and develop key accounts, particularly Japanese FMCG/food sector.
. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
. To focus on business development - new customers and new projects.
. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
. Manage end-to-end sales process, including leads generation, proposal development, contract negotiation, manage delivery timelines and post-sales support.
. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, product development) to meet client requirements.
. Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and manage delivery timelines.
. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts and performance updates to management.
. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
Job Requirements:
. Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or similar role in FMCG/food industry.
. Experience managing Japanese or retail customers is highly preferred.
. Strong understanding of market dynamics, sales strategies, and account management.
. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
. Proficient in MS Office knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
. High level of professionalism and integrity.
