Sales Account Executive (IT Solution/ Central)

Job Description:

1. Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients, managing the full sales cycle from lead to closure.
2. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
3. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
4. Analyze customer data, solve problems, and adapt strategies to meet changing business needs.
5. Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in IT, Engineering, or Business Administration.
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills customer-focused and energetic.
3. Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
4. Sales experience preferred, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
5. Adaptable, creative, and able to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
