This role will explore new opportunities and information, engage customer accounts and handle their concerns promptly.
Responsibilities
- Call & meet customers
- Assist documentation retrieval for customers
- Provide clients with guidance on suitable products & solutions
- Develop simple, creative promotional ideas with customers
- Service long-term customer accounts & relationships
- Plan quartely forecasts and achieve sales targets
- Key accounts punctually in system
