Key Responsibilities
Sales Support:
- Provide administrative and operational support to insurance advisors and managers.
- Prepare sales performance reports, track team KPIs, and manage dashboards.
- Handle documentation, policy servicing coordination, and submission follow-ups.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training logistics for new advisors.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, CRM updates, and internal communication.
Events Management:
- Plan and execute advisor engagement activities, workshops, recognition events, and client seminars.
- Manage logistics, venues, vendors, materials, and event budgeting.
- Coordinate with internal teams for marketing materials and event promotions.
- Ensure timely post-event reporting, feedback collection, and follow-up.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Events Management, or related field.
- 1 years of experience in sales coordination, event support, or insurance admin (preferred).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
