Sale Associate ( Promoter)

You will be responsible for promoting and selling personal care products in a retail environment, assisting customers with product selection, and delivering a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities:
-Source and approach potential customers while responding promptly to customer enquiries.

-Deliver high-quality customer service by identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.

-Present, promote, and sell Betime's products effectively to achieve sales objectives.

-Monitor and manage inventory, prepare daily reports, process orders, and handle stock receiving.

-Ensure display counters and product arrangements are neat and organized, following FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation practices.

-Check regularly to ensure all products on display are within their validity or expiry period.

-Manage social media accounts by creating and scheduling engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

-Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices.

-Plan and maintain attractive product merchandising in line with current market trends.

-Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, in accordance with the company's operational requirements.

Requirement :
-Min Secondary education
-Well-groomed with a professional and presentable appearance
-Good communication skills
-Able to work retail hours including weekends and public holiday
