Job Responsibilities:
Perform stock-taking and place orders as needed to ensure sufficient inventory for daily operations
Prepare kitchen ingredients efficiently and consistently, following F&B best practices
Ensure all ingredient preparation complies with food hygiene and halal standards
Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen in accordance with safety and hygiene regulations
Monitor and maintain freshness and quality of all ingredients
Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned by managers or supervisors
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in the F&B industry
Team player with a positive attitude
Willing to learn, with strong integrity and good work ethic
Able to comply with Food Hygiene & Halal regulations
Working Hours & Benefits:
44-hour work week, 5.5 days
Saturday afternoon and Sunday off
All public holidays off (no shifts required)
