Job Description

Kitchen Assistant / Food Prep Crew

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform stock-taking and place orders as needed to ensure sufficient inventory for daily operations

  • Prepare kitchen ingredients efficiently and consistently, following F&B best practices

  • Ensure all ingredient preparation complies with food hygiene and halal standards

  • Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen in accordance with safety and hygiene regulations

  • Monitor and maintain freshness and quality of all ingredients

  • Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned by managers or supervisors

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the F&B industry

  • Team player with a positive attitude

  • Willing to learn, with strong integrity and good work ethic

  • Able to comply with Food Hygiene & Halal regulations

Working Hours & Benefits:

  • 44-hour work week, 5.5 days

  • Saturday afternoon and Sunday off

  • All public holidays off (no shifts required)
