Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the Restaurant, ensuring that it meets the highest standard and expectations in all aspects of products and service quality according to Company standards
Provide guidance to staff and actively lead by example in carrying out ground duties with strict adherence to standards of service, operating procedures and health/safely regulations
Ensure adequate placement of stock for operations use, while being mindful of wastage and breakage
To suggest/sell sake/Wine to guests based on their preference to enable the guests to enjoy a full Fine-Dining / Omakase experience
Ensure proper handover of shift including debrief on happenings
Attend to customers feedback and handle them effectively and promptly
Constantly review work processes and recommend measures to improve service excellence
Effectively administrate all necessary paperwork and submission
Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Superior or Senior Management
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sake-pairing and restaurant operations
