Sage X3 ERP Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
. Provide technical support and guidance to Sage X3 ERP users across multiple business functions.
. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot ERP systems to meet business requirements.
. Lead or assist ERP projects from initiation to post-implementation support.
. Manage workflows, process definitions, and master data setup to ensure system efficiency.
. Support local and regional ERP deployments act as a bridge between business, IT and vendors.
. Develop reports and perform data analysis to support business decisions.

Requirements:
. Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems or related IT field
. Min. 2 years experience in ERP support, system analysis or hands-on ERP implementation
. ERP certifications (Sage, SAP, Oracle) preferred
. Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills able to work across cross-functional teams
. Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools
