Our client is a fast-growing is a lifestyle-focused social media and e-commerce platform that allows users to share content (reviews, tips, and experiences) and discover products, especially in beauty, fashion, travel, and wellness.
They are looking for a Safety Strategy Operations Specialist to join their Trust & Safety team in either Singapore or the USA. This role is centered on protecting users and ensuring international compliance by monitoring global content risks and optimizing operational processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor platform risks and establish early warning systems for timely detection and response.
- Coordinate cross-departmental resources to handle risk incidents, including violations, abnormal account behavior, and malicious attacks.
- Collaborate with review teams to implement risk governance strategies and optimize operational processes.
- Analyze risk data and operational metrics to identify trends and improve risk management capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, any major; computer science, data, law, or public management preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in internet risk control, Trust & Safety operations, content moderation, or related operations.
- Knowledge of content safety risks, fraud tactics, and common violations; practical experience handling complex risk scenarios.
- Strong data analysis and execution skills; able to implement solutions under pressure.
- Fluent in English and able to collaborate across cultures and time zones.
Preferred:
- Experience in content platform Trust & Safety operations, anti-cheating, or risk control operations.
- Experience working with policy, review, outsourcing, or international teams.
- Participation in risk governance or safety projects on internet platforms or content communities.
