For over 35 years, we have been a leading industrial producer of L-Menthol, using our core technology, asymmetric synthesis.
This technology enables us to produce unique, novel, and nature-identical aroma ingredients, and in addition, to manufacture pharmaceutical intermediates, functional materials, and other fine chemicals.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Support customers with regulatory compliance. This included Halal, GMO, Customer Questionnaire, Allergen, Flavor Specification, Legislations and Product Composition.
- Responsible for managing regulatory documentation to fulfil document request from various parties.
- Manage customer policy information and customer survey.
- Support Flavorists, Flavor Compounding and Application staff with product safety information.
- Cover regulatory affairs tasks/projects as per assigned by superior.
- Support in halal certification and kosher certification of product.
- User of GHS software in producing GHS compliance SDS for country where products are sold to.
- Ensure SDS for products and samples submission are following GHS requirement.
- Keep abreast of current Food Law, Halal, Kosher and GMO information and regulations.
- Review process flow from time to time to achieve lean management and process improvement.
- To carry out any additional job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Comply with Takasago Group's Charter of Corporate Behaviour and Code of Conduct accordance to the Employee Handbook.
Job Requirements
- Degree of Science in Chemistry or Food Science relevant study
- Knowledge of Food Technology
- Knowledge of Food and Flavor Legislation
- Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience
