Job Title: Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO)

Location: Singapore (Client's Work Site)

Working Hours: 5 days per week, Monday to Friday. Hours are from 0800 to 1800. No OT.

Position Type: 3-month contract

Salary: Up to $4700 per month

Job Description:

DASH Consult Pte Ltd is looking for an experienced Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) to be deployed to our client's site. The role requires strong communication skills in Chinese to liaise with site personnel and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day to day site safety and health compliance at the project site.
2. Conduct routine inspections, hazard identification, and review risk assessments.
3. Ensure adherence to MOM and project specific WSH requirements.
4. Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings in Chinese where required.
5. Report unsafe acts and conditions, follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
6. Prepare and maintain site safety documentation and submit required reports.
7. Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and client representatives on WSH matters.

Requirements:

1. Valid WSHO registration with MOM.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant site experience.
3. Able to communicate clearly in both English and Chinese.
4. Familiar with Singapore WSH regulations, Codes of Practice, and industry best practices.
5. Able to commit full time from Jan to Mar 2026 and work on site.
