Safety Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement workplace safety policies and procedures
• Conduct site safety inspections and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with MOM and WSH regulations
• Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare reports
• Conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and training
• Monitor workers safety practices and PPE usage
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities on safety matters
• Maintain proper safety documentation and records
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve site safety

Job Requirements:

• Possess relevant WSH / Safety certifications
• Minimum relevant experience in construction or related industry
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
