Lundbeck Singapore is looking for a Safety Data Professional to join our Global Patient Safety (GPS) Operations team, based in Singapore. This team is instrumental in ensuring pharmacovigilance compliance both regionally and globally. You&aposll work alongside a diverse group of dedicated professionals with backgrounds in medicine, pharmacy, and nursing all united by a shared commitment to patient safety.
Your Responsibilities
As a Safety Data Professional, you will:
- Process adverse event reports in line with global pharmacovigilance regulations and internal procedures.
- Review and validate case information, including event terms, seriousness, and timelines.
- Draft, edit, and finalise clear, accurate case narratives.
- Initiate and manage follow-up activities to ensure data completeness.
- Conduct quality control checks to maintain compliance and consistency.
- Support collaboration across internal teams and external partners.
- Stay updated with regulatory requirements and company safety policies.
- Participate in local safety-related initiatives.
What Were Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, or Nursing.
- A basic understanding of pharmacovigilance and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
- Prior experience with adverse event reporting and safety databases (e.g., ARISg, ARGUS) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working with IT systems.
- Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and teamwork skills.
- Self-driven, reliable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
