Maintain the SHE Management System in compliance with ISO standards and Singapore regulatory requirements
Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and keep documentation up to date
Perform site inspections, compliance audits, and risk assessments
Identify workplace hazards and implement effective control measures
Assist in developing and implementing Safe Work Procedures (SWPs) and Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems
Liaise with suppliers and contractors on SHE-related matters
Maintain and update SHE records and documentation
Gather and analyze SHE performance data for reporting purposes
Monitor workplace conditions and alert stakeholders to potential health hazards
Coordinate the procurement and distribution of safety equipment and PPE
Support sustainability initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance, including alignment with SBTi
Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
Promote SHE awareness through campaigns and training workshops
Address non-compliance and unsafe practices in the workplace
Organize SHE Committee meetings and inspections
Assist in incident and accident investigations
Implement corrective and preventive actions
Coordinate CERT activities and emergency response drills (EPRP)
Perform additional duties as assigned by the SHE Manager
Minimum WSQ Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health
2-3 years of relevant WSH experience
Diploma in Engineering or a Science-related field (required)
Prior experience in manufacturing or engineering environments
Familiarity with ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001 is an advantage
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within teams
