Safety Coordinator

Ensure compliance with Ministry of Manpower WSH regulations and site safety requirements

Assist the WSH Officer in implementing Workplace Safety and Health management systems

Conduct daily site inspections to identify hazards and unsafe practices

Enforce proper use of PPE in accordance with Singapore safety standards

Organize and conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and site inductions

Support compliance with Workplace Safety and Health Act and relevant regulations

Report and investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses prepare reports for submission

Maintain safety records, permits, risk assessments (RA), and Safe Work Procedures (SWP)

Liaise with authorities such as authorities during inspections

Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to company and statutory safety policies
