Support line management in conducting HSE risk assessments and ensure control measures are implemented.
Report HSE incidents and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
Assist and guide incident and near-miss investigations to improve risk control.
Share lessons learned and good safety practices with management and workers.
Support the Site / HSE Manager in tracking and reporting project HSE objectives and KPIs.
Help managers and supervisors understand their HSE legal duties and project requirements.
Promote safe behavior and support project safety improvement programs.
Foster a strong health, safety, and environmental culture on site.
Ensure HSE equipment, tools, and PPE are available and properly used.
Assist in planning and carrying out HSE-related activities and initiatives.
Conduct safety observations and site inspections.
Prepare and submit safety observation reports, monthly inspection reports, accident statistics, and near-miss reports.
Deliver safety training, inductions, and refresher courses to supervisors.
Perform other HSE-related duties as required by the Employer.
WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH)
Minimum 5 years experience as a Project Safety Coordinator
Experience in industrial buildings and process plant construction projects
Good knowledge of local HSE laws and site safety practices
Strong communication and reporting skills
