Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Contract Duration: 2 years, with an option to renew for an additional 1 year

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site checks and take appropriate actions
- Manage contractors, including conducting SIC and reviewing/approving HSE contractor documents
- Review and update risk assessments and other HSE documents
- Conduct HSE briefings for new joiners and visitors
- Maintain the HSE management system
- Prepare HSE Committee meeting presentation slides and minutes of meeting
- Support incident investigations
- Conduct HSE training and briefings
- Collect and record monthly KPIs in the HSE portal
- Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations
- Develop HSE activities to promote mental health and healthy living
- Plan and conduct CERT refresher training
- Conduct tabletop exercises
- Lead fire drills
- Review and update the Emergency Response Plan (ERP)
- Enforce all HSE requirements
- Support the HSE Manager in delivering business goals and HSE targets
Requirements
- Must be registered with MOM as WSHO
- Must be registered with SCDF as FSM
- Relevant HSE/WSH experience will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of HSE requirements and local regulations
- Able to conduct HSE training, briefings and site inspections
- Able to work independently and manage contractors effectively
