Safety Coordinator Cum Assist Project Manager

We are signage company that design, manufacture and install all types of signage. We are located at Loyang Drive. Our work activities range from using boom lift, Aluminium mobile scaffold, Rope Access, Suspended gondola. We are seeking to hire a safety coordinator / Assist project manager to assist our works.

Job Responsibilities
1) Able to prepare Risk Assessment, Safe work procedure, Fall protection plan from give Method statement.
2) To conduct site survey when required in order to prepare documents accurately.
3) Prepare documents for workers to attend TBM / SIC on site.
4) To liase with site safety officer to clear paperwork documents to grant our work access.
5) Arrange with clients to obtain PTW for our works to commence.

Job Requirements
1) Able to use proficiently using Ms Office software / emails & communicate with client
2) Acquire approved relevant certificates (Safety coordinator / Risk Management Cert / WAH Manager)
3)To attend meeting on site as and when required
4) To attend site survey when required
