Responsibilities:
- Perform daily safety inspections, compile reports, and maintain records
- Supervise site work ensure lifting gear, appliances, and electrical equipment are inspected and up to date
- Enforce rules for in-house worker dormitory
- Work daily with WSH team, management, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with WSH regulations
- Assist in accident/incident investigations prepare monthly safety report
- Monitor worker training enroll and update workers course records as directed by Project Director/HR
- Assist with new hire orientation, onboarding, offboarding, and worker interviews
- Participate in the Risk Management Team, conduct EHS training and toolbox meetings
- Carry out duties per the WSH Management System
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in WSH or equivalent
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Building Construction
- Familiar with WSH Act, risk management, and SS codes
- Strong hazard identification and problem-solving skills
- Willing to respond to emergencies if needed
- Experience with internal safety audits
- Basic ability to read construction drawings
