Job Responsibilities
- Support the management of EHS administrative processes to ensure compliance with WSH regulations and applicable legal requirements
- Maintain and support EHS management systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, including participation in internal and external audits and follow-up on corrective actions
- Coordinate and liaise with regulatory authorities, external auditors, and relevant agencies on EHS-related matters
- Prepare and manage documentation related to approvals, permits, license applications/renewals, and internal EHS records
- Assist in overseeing vendor's safety, including permit-to-work and site safety controls
- Support the planning and conduct of safety briefings, EHS training sessions, and emergency response drills
- Assist with departmental activities related to facility and maintenance operations
- Perform any other duties related to EHS and operational support as assigned
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related fields
- Knowledge of EHS regulations and management systems, particularly ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Certification such as WSH Coordinator or Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health will be an added advantage
- Familiarity with Risk Assessment methodologies
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment
- Willingness to support activities outside standard office hours when required
