Job Description

Production Supervision: Lead and coordinate the daily activities of installation, ensuring the end quality of the result.
Quality Check (QC): Inspect during assembly, ensuring correct viscosity, consistency, proper installing
Assembly Operation:Ensuring it operates according to SOPs.
Troubleshooting: Resolve installation problems (e.g., machine malfunctions, packaging defects) and perform or coordinate preventive maintenance.
Inventory & Documentation: QC check records and record material used.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety regulations to ensure a clean, safe working environment.
Team Management: Train, motivate, and mentor staff to improve productivity and quality.
