Job Purpose
The Safety Administrative Assistant (SAA) is responsible for coordinating safety, health and environmental (SHE) management systems in the organization, and conducting periodic inspections to ensure that the implemented risk control measures are being observed and practiced. He/She investigates and reports SHE incidents, and coordinates implementation of emergency preparedness and response plans. He/She is required to work on-site in his/her course of work. The SAA is practical and meticulous. He/She is required to observe safety hazards and deal with them in a prompt and decisive manner.
