SaaS Security & Authorization Lead

As an Oracle SaaS Security & Authorization Lead, you will own the design, implementation, and governance of access control and authorization models across Oracle SaaS platforms. This role is critical to ensuring secure, compliant, and role-based access in a complex and regulated environment, with a strong focus on authorization, segregation of duties, and audit readiness.

You will act as the subject matter expert for Oracle SaaS security, working closely with business, IT, and security stakeholders to translate access and compliance requirements into robust, scalable security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

. Lead end-to-end Oracle SaaS security and authorization design across enterprise-scale implementations

. Define and implement role-based access control (RBAC), data security policies, and approval hierarchies

. Own security role design, privilege mapping, data access rules, and segregation of duties (SoD) controls

. Ensure Oracle SaaS security configurations meet regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements

. Conduct security design workshops, access validation sessions, and authorization reviews with stakeholders

. Partner with functional and technical teams to embed security into business and system processes

. Support security testing, audit activities, defect resolution, and post-go-live stabilization

. Produce clear security documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal and client teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 10-15 years of experience with Oracle SaaS applications, with mandatory hands-on expertise in SaaS security and authorization
• Proven experience designing and configuring Oracle SaaS security roles, privileges, data access, and approval controls
• Strong understanding of access governance, identity and access management concepts, and segregation of duties
• Demonstrated experience leading security workstreams on large, complex, or regulated programs
• Ability to translate business and compliance requirements into effective Oracle SaaS security solutions

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Oracle SaaS or Oracle Security-related certifications
• Experience working in public sector or highly regulated environments
