Responsibilities
- Manage key donor accounts by developing engagement and stewardship plans, conducting regular communications, and tracking donations. Promote and drive the growth of regular and monthly giving. Assist in achieving departmental fundraising targets by supporting the development and implementation of various fundraising strategies, including appeal letters, digital campaigns, and events. Prepare reports and conduct donor data analysis. Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Degree. 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience. Resourceful, self-driven, and proactive. Exhibits a hardworking and meticulous attitude with a positive mindset. Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
