RPO Talent Advisor (Semiconductor)

Are you our next Talent Advisor ready to join our Randstad Enterprise

Join our team at Randstad Enterprise in our Semiconductor RPO account on an initial 6-month contract, as a Talent Advisorbased in our client's Singapore Office, which will be fully on-site working model. You will play a pivotal role in our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) account and work alongside our high performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume technician hiring
• Coordinate large-scale interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders
• Maintain accurate recruitment data using Workday, internal systems, and tracking spreadsheets
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to ensure timely hiring delivery
• Monitor recruitment progress and proactively resolve process bottlenecks
• Support sourcing activities as hiring demands evolve
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience while managing multiple hiring projects simultaneously

About You

• Previous experience managing high-volume recruitment projects
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Experience using ATS platforms such as Workday (preferred)
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in structured and manual operational environments
• Able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
• Prior experience recruiting within manufacturing or industrial environments is advantageous
