Responsibilities

  • Process Analysis: Collaborate with local business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and map out As-Is and To-Be workflows.
  • Bot Development: Configure, design, and deploy software robots using industry-standard RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath or Automation Anywhere).
  • Testing Quality Assurance: Create test scenarios, debug workflows, and ensure bots comply with local enterprise risk frameworks prior to deployment.
  • Maintenance Support: Monitor automated processes, troubleshoot errors, and perform bot updates when enterprise applications change.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).

Requirements

  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with RPA platforms like UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
  • Coding Scripting: Strong understanding of programming and scripting languages such as Python, C#, VB.NET, or JavaScript.
  • Process Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex business logic.
  • Education Certifications: A Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related fields, with vendor certifications highly preferred.
  • Local Compliance: Understanding of local data security frameworks, such as the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), is highly advantageous.
