Responsibilities:
- Develop workflows and bots using the Automation Anywhere platform to automate repetitive and rule-based tasks.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation and assess the feasibility of implementing RPA solutions.
- Thoroughly test and debug automation solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
- Deploy automation solutions into production environments and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
- Maintain detailed documentation for automation solutions, including process descriptions, technical specifications, and user guides.
- Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and other team members to understand requirements, deliver solutions, and troubleshoot issues.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of RPA experience preferred.
- Experience with Automation Anywhere 360 or other versions is highly desirable.
- Understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) principles and best practices.
- Ability to identify and resolve technical issues and provide solutions.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
- Proficiency in relevant technical skills, such as scripting, programming, or database management, may be required depending on the specific role.
