The RPA Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining highquality Automation Anywhere (A360) bots and Workato recipes. This role ensures smooth delivery of automation projects, supports BAU operations, and enforces best practices across internal and vendorbuilt automations. The developer will work closely with business users, troubleshoot complex issues, and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and quality check Automation Anywhere (A360) RPA bots and/or recipes in Workato.
- Design, develop, test, document and implement Automation Anywhere RPA projects/change requests and/or Workato Recipes for custom business solutions of varying complexities while maintaining the highest quality possible.
- Quality check all vendor developments and suggest best practices.
- Support all BAU requests regarding Automation Anywhere RPA bots and/or Workato recipes.
Requirements
- Recognized Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Automation Anywhere RPA and/or Workato.
- Independent and motivated starter who can work well in a team and possess strong analytical and good troubleshooting skills.
- Able to front and work directly with business users for requirements clarifications and conduct user acceptance tests.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle psychological pressure in a complex technical environment with tight turnaround time.
