. Follow company safety protocols, IMCA/WSH guidelines, and contribute to continuous improvement of robotic cleaning operations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

. Diploma or Certificate in Marine Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related technical field.

. ROV Pilot/Technician training (IMCA or equivalent) is an advantage.

. STCW / Basic Offshore Safety training preferred.

Experience:

. Minimum 1-2 years hands-on experience operating ROVs, underwater drones, or similar robotic systems.

. Prior exposure to underwater hull cleaning, ship repair, diving support, or subsea inspection preferred.

. Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing electromechanical/robotic equipment.

Skills:

. Strong technical troubleshooting and repair ability in hydraulics, electronics, and robotics.

. Good spatial awareness, coordination, and ability to interpret video/sonar feedback.

. Effective communication and teamwork skills for coordination with dive teams and clients.

. Physically fit and adaptable to offshore/shipboard working conditions.
