Rotating Equipment Maintenance Manager

We are recruiting a Technical strong candidate in Rotating equipment to work on an exciting new project.
You will Support for the Operational readiness of the new plant including walkdowns & punch listing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities, preparing SOPs & routine schedules etc . Once the plant is in operations, planning and execution of all Equipment (Rotating & Static) Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance.
Main Responsibilities

• Set up Maintainence Management System.
• responsible for condition Monitoring of Rotating Equipment through Online and Offline Vibration Analysis, Oil Analysis and other techniques
• responsible for routine and non-routine maintenance activities and perform troubleshooting or provide guidance where issues arise
• responsible for shutdown maintenance activities of Rotating+Static Equipment based on local and Global PM requirements, Vendor .
• responsible to Initiate the Engineering Management of Change (EMOC) and execute the changes for plant improvement and modification works
• review risk analysis and maintenance procedures on regular basis
• upkeep maintenance records for equipment modifications, repair and rerating on regular basis
• participate in the root cause analysis (RCA) on process incidents and process inducted mechanical failures.
  
  

• Diploma / Degree in Mechancial Engineering with 10 to 15 years in Maintenance function for Rotating Equipment .
• Good Maintenance technical skills
• Knowledge of Static equipment will be an advantage
• Have supervisory skills
• Good conceptual knowledge of Industrial standards such as API, ASME etc for Rotating Equipment
