Job Summary
You will perform rope access tasks on high-rise buildings, including rigging, façade cleaning, glass replacement, painting, and maintenance, while following safety procedures and working independently or as part of a team. IRATA training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Perform rigging and climbing tasks safely on high-rise buildings to enable access for maintenance and repair work
- Execute façade cleaning using rope access techniques to maintain building exteriors
- Replace glass panels efficiently while ensuring safety and quality standards
- Apply rope access painting to building surfaces to protect and enhance appearance
- Conduct general maintenance tasks using power tools to support building upkeep
- Follow all safety procedures and make independent judgements to ensure safe work at heights
- Adapt to working day or night shifts, including weekends and holidays, maintaining physical stamina and strength
- Collaborate effectively with team members while also working independently as required
Required competencies and certifications
- Comfortable and competent working at heights to perform rope access tasks safely
- Proficient in using power tools for general maintenance work to support job functions
- Good physical strength and stamina to meet the demands of climbing and manual tasks
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- IRATA rope access training provided by the company on a case-by-case basis
