Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the incumbent will be responsible to:-
. Ensure accurate completion of the daily room audit reports in a timely fashion.
. Oversee preparation of daily summary reports.
. Be completely familiar with hotel emergency procedures and able to provide calm reassuring assistance to guests and employees in the event of anemergency.
Requirements:
. A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar capacity inthe Hotel Industry
. Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
. Good working knowledge of Opera System
. Exhibit excellent organizational and time management skills
. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrate leadership abilities
. Adaptable, determined and be someone who wants to be on a fast-paced environment that promotes changes and drive for achievements.
