We are looking for a
Room Service (Chef De Cuisine) to join our team!
- Plan, prepare, and supervise the production of all room service menu items
- Manage the kitchen team assigned to room service, including training, scheduling, and performance management
- Ensure all food is prepared according to the hotel's quality, hygiene, and safety standards (HACCP compliance)
- Collaborate with F&B and room service teams to coordinate orders and special guest requests
- Monitor inventory levels, control food cost, and reduce waste
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the room service kitchen and equipment
- Develop and update room service menus in line with guest preferences and hotel standards
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Requirements
- Culinary degree or relevant professional certification preferred
- Minimum 45 years experience as a chef, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in room service or hotel kitchen
