We are looking for a Room Attendant to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
Maintains and cleans guest rooms, corridors and floor pantries as per established standard operating procedures.
Replaces all supplies, amenities and linens as per established standard operating procedures.
Provides turn down to guest rooms according to procedures.
Upon completion, updates guest rooms status.
Ensures rooms are cleaned according to Rooms Requirement of the day.
Keeps trolley neat and adequately supplied.
Maintains all equipment in good working condition.
Keeps linen closet neat and in good order.
Reports any loss or damage of linen, furniture fixture or equipment to the Service Leader - Housekeeping.
Reports maintenance deficiencies to the Service Leader - Housekeeping.
Reports any lost and found item to Lost and Found room immediately.
Execute epidemic prevention tasks, including self-protection / disinfection / emergency response tasks.
Key Requirements
Has at least 1 year experience in housekeeping related roles.
Willing to work over weekends or Public Holidays as the position follows a weekly rostered arrangement.
