We are looking for a Room Attendant to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Maintains and cleans guest rooms, corridors and floor pantries as per established standard operating procedures.

• Replaces all supplies, amenities and linens as per established standard operating procedures.

• Provides turn down to guest rooms according to procedures.

• Upon completion, updates guest rooms status.

• Ensures rooms are cleaned according to Rooms Requirement of the day.

• Keeps trolley neat and adequately supplied.

• Maintains all equipment in good working condition.

• Keeps linen closet neat and in good order.

• Reports any loss or damage of linen, furniture fixture or equipment to the Service Leader - Housekeeping.

• Reports maintenance deficiencies to the Service Leader - Housekeeping.

• Reports any lost and found item to Lost and Found room immediately.

• Execute epidemic prevention tasks, including self-protection / disinfection / emergency response tasks.

Key Requirements

• Has at least 1 year experience in housekeeping related roles.

• Willing to work over weekends or Public Holidays as the position follows a weekly rostered arrangement.
