Room Attendant

JOB SUMMARY

At 21 Carpenter, we believe that every guest room reflects our commitment to exceptional hospitality. We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Room Attendant to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation throughout our guest rooms.

As a Room Attendant, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by ensuring every room is impeccably cleaned, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared in accordance with the hotel's luxury service standards.

KEY RESPONSBILITES

Guest Room Cleaning & Housekeeping

• Clean, service, and maintain assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and designated public areas to the highest cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Perform daily housekeeping duties, including: Making and changing beds, Dusting and polishing furniture, Vacuuming and mopping floors, Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms, Replenishing guest amenities,
• Ensure all guest rooms are fully prepared and presented in accordance with the Hotel's luxury brand standards prior to guest arrival.
• Replenish guest amenities, linen, minibar items, and other room supplies according to established standards.
• Check, replenish, and accurately record minibar consumption where applicable.
• Ensure housekeeping carts, pantries, and linen storage areas are clean, organised, and adequately stocked at all times.
• Report any loss or damage to hotel linen, furniture, fixtures, equipment, or guest property in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Adhere to all Housekeeping Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including Lost & Found, fire safety, workplace safety, and security procedures.

Qualifications& Experience

• Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience in a hotel, serviced apartment, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Candidates without prior experience who demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
