Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement RPA solutions to streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and reduce operational costs. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable, reliable RPA solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- RPA Development: Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
- Process Analysis: Work with stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
- Solution Design: Create process flow diagrams, solution architecture, and detailed design documents for RPA solutions.
- Bot Deployment: Configure, test, and deploy RPA bots in production environments while ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Maintenance & Monitoring: Monitor deployed bots, resolve issues, and optimize performance to ensure continuity.
- Collaboration: Partner with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to align automation solutions with business goals.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed technical and operational documentation for all RPA solutions.
- Compliance: Ensure that all RPA implementations comply with organizational policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Training: Provide guidance and training to end-users on managing and interacting with automated workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in RPA development using tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, VB.NET, or Java.
- Solid understanding of process automation principles and best practices.
- Experience with SQL databases and basic scripting for data extraction and manipulation.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer, Blue Prism Developer Certification).
- Experience with OCR tools and technologies for document automation.
- Knowledge of integration with APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with process mining tools like Celonis or ProcessGold.
- Experience with IT systems, including ERP and CRM platforms.
- Understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) integration with RPA.
