Together, We Can Make A Significant Impact

We are seeking a talented Robotics and Software Design Engineer to design, develop, integrate, test, and deliver AI-driven solutions for autonomous robotic systems. This role combines expertise in AI algorithms and PX4 flight stack customization to enable next-generation unmanned aerial systems. You will work in a cross-disciplinary team of engineers, collaborate with leading organizations and research institutions locally and internationally, and gain hands-on experience in cutting-edge robotics and AI technologies

Be Part of Our Success

1. AI Development & Integration

Design, develop, test, and deploy AI models related to autonomous navigation including obstacle avoidance and path planning.

Optimize machine learning algorithms for embedded systems and companion computers (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson).

Integrate AI modules with PX4 using MAVLink and ROS2 bridges.

2. PX4 Firmware & Flight Control

Customize and optimize PX4 flight stack for mission-specific requirements.

Implement new flight control algorithms and enhance real-time performance.

Experiment with and evaluate emerging technologies for autonomy

3. Collaboration & Innovation

Work closely with hardware, software, and systems engineers to deliver integrated solutions.

Co-develop technologies with leading organizations and research institutions globally.

4. Testing & Validation

Conduct SITL/HIL simulations and real-world flight tests.

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements for drone operations in Singapore.

Qualities We Value

• Experience in drone development, robotics, or autonomous systems is a bonus.
• In-depth knowledge of PX4 and Ardupilot flight control software.
• Proficiency with QGroundControl and Mission Planner.
• Strong understanding of unmanned aircraft systems and components.
• Familiarity with Singapore drone regulations and safety requirements.
• Programming skills in C, C++, and Python.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
