Salary: Up to SGD 3,500 per month

Provide first-level IT support for end-users, resolving hardware, software, and Microsoft 365-related issues.
Troubleshoot and support desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and basic network connectivity issues.
Manage user accounts, passwords, group memberships, and access permissions using Active Directory.
Perform employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including account creation, access provisioning, mailbox setup, and account deactivation.
Support Microsoft 365 services such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and endpoint devices.
Set up and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and workplace peripherals.
Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, patching, and endpoint security checks.
Maintain IT asset inventory, user documentation, and support records.
Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or relevant support teams when required.
Provide basic IT training and guidance to users on company systems, security practices, and Microsoft 365 tools
