Roaming Engineer (EUC)

Job Scope:
. Provide onsite and remote desktop/EUC support across different customer locations
. Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, VPN, Wi-Fi, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and mobile devices
. Handle device setup, imaging, migration, deployment, refresh, and decommission activities
. Support onboarding/offboarding activities and meeting room technologies
. Manage incidents, service requests, and roaming support activities within SLA timelines
. Coordinate with internal teams/vendors for issue resolution and maintain proper ticket updates in ITSM tools

Requirements:
. 2-4 years of experience in EUC/Desktop Support or Managed Services
. Experience in Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Intune, VPN, MFA, and endpoint security
. Familiar with ServiceNow or other ticketing tools
. Good troubleshooting and customer communication skills
. Able to travel between customer sites for roaming support
. Driving license is an added advantage
