Job scope:
1. Compliance Oversight for Roadshows
o Conduct regular visits to roadshows to ensure adherence to company policies and MAS regulatory requirements.
o Develop, review, and improve compliance guidelines for roadshow activities to align with best practices and regulatory standards.
2. Vendor & Inspection Management
o Engage and manage vendors for mystery shopping and roadshow inspection services.
o Liaise with vendors to ensure smooth inspection processes and timely reporting of findings.
3. Agency Engagement & Support
o Work closely with the agency force to promote understanding and adoption of compliance requirements for roadshows.
o Provide guidance and support to sales teams to help them meet compliance obligations without disrupting business objectives.
4. Process Improvement & System Enhancement
o Identify gaps and propose enhancements to compliance systems and processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
o Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement improvements that reduce risk and improve operational compliance.
5. Monitoring & Reporting
o Track compliance performance and prepare reports for management review.
o Recommend corrective actions and preventive measures to mitigate compliance risks.
6. Other Responsibilities
o Support business-as-usual (BAU) activities with minimal supervision.
o Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to strengthen compliance governance.
