Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively approach and engage potential customers in assigned locations (e.g., roadshows, retail outlets, events)
- Promote and explain product features, benefits, and promotions clearly and accurately
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs
- Assist customers with application processes and ensure completeness of required documentation
- Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory and internal compliance guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance brand image
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N/O Levels, Diploma, or equivalent
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred (financial services is an advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
