Set up, conduct, and lead Pen Health tests per documented instructions or test details provided by engineer.
Communicate with engineer on Pen Health issues encountered during the test and perform basic troubleshooting steps provided.
Help to run test banks when there is resource crunch.
Provide training and guidance to tester for any technical matters.
Basic data collection using lab equipment (Eg. Microscope, Etester) as instructed by engineer.
Query and analyze the test results using Software (Eg. JMP, Excel) and generate test reports.
Provide maintenance of lab equipments (Eg. Inspector scanners, Etester, microscopes).
Support ad-hoc test requests from the Writing Systems (WS) team.
Maintain the tidiness and upkeep of WS lab and Image Grading Room.
Qualifications
Diploma or Nitec in Engineering
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Engineering field.
Experience with basic data charting and analysis will be an advantage
Knowledge in basic scripting/coding (Python/R) will be an advantage.
Proficient and/or willing to learn Microsoft Office (Powerpoint/Excel/Word).
Attention to detail and organized.- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good problem solving skills.
Hands-on approach.
