about the job
- Support origination of deals through engaging and pitching to clients and develop new business client relationships
- Conduct credit analysis and put up credit proposals, due diligence and negotiation of term sheets and documents
- Sensitivity analysis and building of financial models
- Working closely with relevant departments, manage, execute and handle the deal process from origination to loan drawdown
- Evaluate and manage waiver and consent requests etc from clients
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Team Lead, you will be part of a lean and dynamic team with good teamwork and working culture
skills and experience required
- Degree in Accountancy, Business Management, Banking & Finance, Economics, Engineering and related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in Structured Finance/ Project Finance in Corporate banking
- Strong financial and credit analysis skills, preferably with financial modelling skills
